Chef, Gary Flash’s speciality is classic Caribbean cooking, sometimes with Creole and Cajun flavours to complement our blues, jazz and soul atmosphere. All freshly cooked on a char-grill to your liking.

Ask for daily specials, including fresh fish sourced daily by Gary from Birmingham’s markets.

All dishes are served with rice and peas (a Jamaican favourite) or oriental noodles and a choice of salads.
